Welcome to Couch Surfers Moving Experts LLC (“Couch Surfers Moving Experts,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our moving services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

Booking and Payment

• When booking our Services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your move.
• Payment for our Services is due upon completion of the move, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.
• Deposits are $100 and are applied to total bill. Deposits are non-refundable, if rescheduling is needed please contact as soon as possible to avoid loss of deposit.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, please notify us as soon as possible.
• Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the timing of the cancellation.

Liability and Damages

• Carriers Liability: A household goods carrier’s liability for loss or damage to any shipment is $.60 per pound per article unless the carrier and shipper agree, in writing, to a greater level of liability.
• We take utmost care in handling your belongings, but we are not liable for any damages or losses incurred during the move, unless caused by our negligence.
• We recommend purchasing appropriate insurance coverage for your belongings.

Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify and hold Couch Surfers Moving Experts LLC and its affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of our Services.

Changes to the Terms

• We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
• Your continued use of our Services after any changes to the Terms indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
